How & What to Heal With Chiron
Chiron in Aries
Aries is the beginning of the Zodiac, and as such they are often tasked with leadership. If your Chiron placement is in Aries it is likely that your Chiron Wound relates to the self, your autonomy, your leadership skills, and your ability to take control. This could be due to a lack of confidence in yourself and your ability to make decisions, or it could be a result of a lack of bravery. In order to heal this wound, practice cultivating your confidence by starting with small things. Start making little decisions in your daily life and reward yourself in simple ways when things work out for you.
If you feel like this isn’t quite applicable, you could be on the opposite side of the spectrum and struggling to release your control. You may feel the constant need to be in charge of every situation due to an underlying anxiety, and this can be incredibly stressful. Give yourself a break and allow a trusted party to take the reins now and again. Know that when you are in alignment things are always working out for you, even if you aren’t leading the situation.
Aries is an assertive zodiac, but that assertion can mutate into aggression, especially in an unhealed person. If your Chiron Wound is in Aries it is possible that you struggle with your anger management. You could lose your head when you don’t get to lead, or when you are forced to. Learn to recalibrate yourself so that you can accept the situation and answer the call when life needs you.
Chiron in Taurus
The Taurus zodiac takes a great pride in the comforts of the material world and often rules over home and domestic life. If your Chiron Wound is in Taurus, you may experience low self-esteem if you are not successful in any area of your life, but especially in money. This placement is a bit of a double edged sword because you also may struggle with tapping into your motivation. If you’re unable to motivate yourself to achieve the success you dream of, now is a great time to explore new ways to get motivated, and also to remember that we simply cannot always be motivated, and that is why we need to be disciplined in our pursuits.
Chiron in Gemini
The Chiron Wound in the Gemini placement can deal with abandonment issues and the fear of being alone. Gemini is represented by the Twins, so if one part of yourself is more prevalent than the other, you may feel like you are only half of a whole. It is important to remember that this is the ego’s perspective, and that you are completely whole all by yourself. Tapping into the various parts of yourself and exploring your inner being can lead you to greater internal fulfillment. Building up your self-esteem and learning to recognize yourself as enough will help you heal this placement. One may also struggle with communication, especially the emotional kind. It may be difficult for you to share that hidden part of yourself with others, but through practice you can achieve this. Feeling seen with safe parties will add to your emotional fulfillment and give you the confidence to be yourself.
Chiron in Cancer
Chiron in Cancer is a great symbolizer of a karmic Mother Wound, and this placement may suffer from the inability to connect with female figures in their life due to a lack of feeling properly nurtured. Remember, Chiron Wounds can deal with past lives too, so even if you had an extremely attentive mother in this life, you may have had this lack in a past life, or perhaps your mother/mother figure did not attend to your needs in the way that you needed. This may result in you feeling like you cannot rely on others, creating a dissonance in your relationships. You may also struggle to create a sense of safety for yourself and in your relationships. To heal this, figure out what safety looks like to you and try to emulate it on your own before bringing it into your relationships. Connect with your inner home inside of your body and make your mind a nice place to live. Prove to yourself that you can show up for yourself by acknowledging when you do, and know that as you begin to create your own security within, you’ll be able to better offer it in your relationships.

This lack of confidence may cause them to hold themselves back from opportunities and situations they may truly enjoy and thrive in, keeping them dissonant from their true path in life and causing great unhappiness. The best way to heal this placement is to first tap into your true self, and then practice letting it out into the world. Engage in activities that you’ve always wanted to try and find safe people to express yourself to. Don’t be afraid to stand in the spotlight from time and time and allow your passions to flow. Avoid drama and practice taking accountability for yourself and your actions. You are not a victim of your own life, you are the creator of your experience.
Chiron in Virgo
Virgo is the analytical maiden of the zodiac, but when Chiron is placed here that analysis becomes overly critical for both themselves and the world around them. This can become so intense that their view of life, others, and themselves can become extremely distorted. This overly critical approach to life can also make it very difficult to go with the flow, as a need for control to avoid discomfort becomes the governing force. In order to heal this placement, it is important that one learns to accept themselves, even when they are not perfect. Through this self-acceptance they can learn to accept others for what they are as well, creating a calmer inner world that isn’t always under pressure to change things. Learning to self-reflect with acceptance and grace can be a huge help in healing through this placement.
Chiron in Libra
Ruled by Venus and represented by the scales, Libra is all about connection and relationships. But when Chiron is placed here it can cause problems in relationships of all kinds. This pattern may make one wary of commitment because with their approach, committed connections can be draining.
